: The [[Naples Train Museum]] was founded in 2000 funded by a grant from the William J. Von Liebig Foundation. The museum is located in the Naples Depot, which was built by the Seaboard Air Line Railway System in 1926/27. The depot later became the property of the Seaboard Coast Line and abandon by SCL in the 1970s.

: Southwest Heritage purchased the depot from SCL and has since restored the building to its original splendor. The [[Naples Train Museum]] currently shares the building with the Collier County Naples Depot Museum.
