- During the extended absence of IBLS Western Australian Region Secretary Keith Watson, presently on assignment in England for his employer, Reg. A. Barltrop has been asked to hold Keith's position, temporarily. Reg will be familiar to many Live Steam readers as the Secretary for the Castledare Miniature Railways of Western Australia.
